Reasons
- Both parties attended the hearing, conducted via teleconference.
- The tenancy ended on 20 April 2023 after the tenant had difficulty making rent as due and the landlord released him from his fixed-term tenancy.
- By the end of the tenancy the rent arrears was $1750.00. This was mutually agreed between the parties.
- The landlord also sought $50.00 for cleaning costs. This was accepted as reasonable by the tenant who recalled not being able to clean the fridge.
- The bond of $500.00 is already with the landlord. Application filing fee
- Because Hindan.K Limited T/As Friendly Flats has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
