- The Bond Centre is to hold the remaining share of the bond as it was paid by a former tenant who is not a party to this application.
- Despite the agreement of Surbhi Kumar the Tribunal was unable to hear the claim for cleaning because the landlord had not previously included the claim and was unable to provide any cleaning invoice.
