- Jaykeob Toman and Nadine Louise Bradly must pay the debt amount of $1,084.50 to the landlord as follows: a.By a minimum of 71 weekly payments of $158.00, being $143.00 for rent and $15.00 for repayment of the debt. b.A final seventy second payment of $147.50, being $143.00 for rent and $4.50 for final repayment of the debt. c.Payments will be every Friday, with the first payment on 22/12/2023 and continuing until 9/05/2025.

- The landlord stated the tenants have been paying their rent in full and on time since 20 October 2023 and been repaying the debt at $15.00 per week and the parties want their debt repayment arrangement to be recorded in this order.
