- Rahera Marshall owes Harcourts Port Realty 201 Limited As Agent For Jitu And Kalpita Morge $548.08 (“the debt”) being rent arrears to 25 January 2024.
- Rahera Marshall must pay rent and the debt as follows: a. By 10 weekly payments of $680.00, being $630.00 for rent and $50.00 for the debt. b. A final payment of $678.08, being $630.00 for rent and $48.08 for the debt. c. Payments will be every Friday, with the first payment on 26/01/2024 and continuing until 05/04/2024.
- Payments will be allocated in the following order: rent, and rent arrears.
- If the tenant fails to pay rent and rent arrears within 2 working days of the due dates, the balance of the debt will be payable immediately.
