- Michael Patrick Foley to pay Accommodation Centre Limited and Rostrevor Trust $455.74 from the bond, calculated as shown in table below.
- This order replaces and incorporates the Mediated Order made on 18 December 2023 and the Tribunal order made earlier today under this application.
- The Bond Centre is to pay the bond of $1,200.00 (5472247-003) immediately apportioned as follows: Accommodation Centre Limited and Rostrevor Trust: $455.74 Michael Patrick Foley: $744.26
Reasons
- Earlier today I issued an order ordering Mr Foley to pay to the landlord the sum of $435.30 from the bond, with the remaining bond to be paid to Mr Foley.
- However, there was an error in that order. The Tribunal application fee of $20.44 was incorrectly awarded to Mr Foley. It should have been awarded to the landlord.
- This order corrects that error. In all other respects the earlier Tribunal order dated 15 February 2024 and the reasons for it remains the same.
