- Hemi Tapurau owes Kāinga Ora–Homes And Communities $11,322.00 (“the debt”) being rent arrears to 28 March 2024.
- Hemi Tapurau must pay rent and the debt as follows: a. By 566 fortnightly payments of $1,000.00, being $980.00 for rent and $20.00 for the debt. b. A final payment of $982.00, being $980.00 for rent and $2.00 for the debt. c. Payments will be every other Friday, with the first payment on 29/03/2024 and continuing until 08/12/2045.
