- The tenancy of Nga Tangata at 92 Robert Skelton Place, Clendon Park, Auckland 2103 is terminated, and possession is granted to Urban South Limited as agent for Apss NZ Limited, at the end of 4 April 2024.
- The Bond Centre is to pay the bond of $3,160.00 (5655684-007) to Urban South Limited as agent for Apss NZ Limited immediately.
