Reasons
- The hearing was attended by Ms Ahki for the landlord. The respondent’s son answered the respondent’s phone and attended on behalf of the respondent as the respondent is currently overseas.
- The tenancy ended by consent on 06 May 2024 when the respondent returned the keys to the landlord.
- The landlord provided a Rent Summary which sets out the rent arrears as at the end of the tenancy. The amount is proved.
- Because Tāmaki Regeneration Limited has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
