- Luisa Evelini Fuata and Nina Fuata owe Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities $2,255.00, being rent arrears to 6 September 2024 (“the debt”).
- Luisa Evelini Fuata and Nina Fuata agree to pay the debt by making payments of a minimum of $20.00 per week in addition to the current weekly rent of $348.00 per week.
- The first payment of a minimum of $368.00 is due on Thursday 12 September 2024. Payments of a minimum of $368.00 per week will continue every week, no later than Thursday each week, until the debt is paid.
