- TharinduTheekshana Theekshana Ranaweerage and Rasangika Rathnamali Ranaweerage Makumburage owes Pan Kiwi Property Limited and HND TB Limited $1,247.44, being rent arrears to the end of the tenancy on 19 October 2024 less the bond of $3,000.00 (“the debt”).
- TharinduTheekshana Theekshana Ranaweerage and Rasangika Rathnamali Ranaweerage Makumburage must pay the debt as follows: a. By 24 weekly payments of $50.00. b. A final payment of $47.44. c. Payments will be every Tuesday with the next payment due on 12 November 2024 and continuing until 29 April 2025.
- If the tenants fail to pay the debt as set out above within 2 working days of the due dates the balance of the debt will be payable immediately.
