- Samantha Jonathan owes Kāinga Ora–Homes And Communities $332.00 (“the debt”) being rent arrears to 4 December 2024.
- Samantha Jonathan must pay rent and the debt as follows: a. By 33 weekly payments of $98.00, being $88.00 for rent and $10.00 for the debt. b. A final payment of $90.00, being $88.00 for rent and $2.00 for the debt. c. Payments will be every Tuesday, with the first payment on 10/12/2024 and continuing until 29/07/2025.
