- By consent, Taylor Patmore and Michael Drabble must pay Mog Limited T/A Angel Property Managers As Agent For Lfbm Sentry Holdings Trust $2,689.86 immediately, being rent arrears to 12 November 2024.
- By consent, the Bond Centre is to pay the bond of $2,320.00 (3113067-015) to Mog Limited T/A Angel Property Managers As Agent For Lfbm Sentry Holdings Trust immediately.
Reasons
- Both parties attended the hearing by telephone. Mr Drabble did not attend and did not answer telephone calls made by the Tribunal.
- The Landlord applied for rent arrears, termination and reimbursement of the filing fee. The Landlord withdrew their claim for termination as there was agreement for the tenancy to end on 12 November 2024.
- At the hearing, the Tenant agreed to pay the Landlord the amount claimed for rent arrears and the filing fee. The Tenant also agreed for the Bond to be refunded to the Landlord.
- Neither party sought name suppression so this Order has not been made.
