- By consent of the parties, the Tribunal orders that Guy Wabey and Tami Wi pay Douglas Warren Joyce $800.00 immediately, being the tenant’s bond.
- All other tenant applications are withdrawn.
Reasons
- Both parties attended the hearing on 9 January 2025.
- The parties agreed that the bond of $800.00 should be paid to the tenant by the landlord (see s.22B Residential Tenancies Act 1986).
- On that basis, all other applications were withdrawn by the tenant.
- The landlords were informed that they were entitled to file any further applications with the Tribunal that they may wish.
