- The tenancy of Conor West at 396 Bawden Road, Dairy Flat, RD 2, Dairy Flat 0792 is terminated, and possession is granted to Rentex Limited - As Agent For Wendy Huang Trust, immediately.
- The Bond Centre is to pay the bond of $1,440.57 (5711848-005) to Rentex Limited - As Agent For Wendy Huang Trust immediately, calculated as shown in the table below:
- The remainder of the bond of $2,359.43 will remain with the Bond Centre pending further application from the landlord for vacated costs.
