- The landlord attended the hearing which was held by teleconference. The tenant was unable to be contacted on the number specified in the Notice of Hearing which as properly served.
- The landlord has applied for rent arrears and reimbursement of the filing fee following the end of the tenancy.
How much is owed for rent?
- The tenancy was ended on 3 April 2025 by the landlord by giving notice under s.66U(1)(B) RTA.
- The landlord provided rent records which prove the amount owing at the end of the tenancy.
