- Square Management Limited is granted possession of the premises at Room 222, 79 - 83 Anzac Avenue, Auckland, Auckland 1010, Oceanic Hostel immediately.
- Man Tsui Cherry Tam must pay Square Management Limited the sum of $27.00 immediately.
