- This order is made by consent of the parties.
- Waina Murray owes Alistair Lucas Newbold $10,430.00 (“the debt”) being rent arrears to 12 August 2025.
- Waina Murray must pay rent and the debt as follows: a. By 260 fortnightly payments of $500.00, being $460.00 for rent and $40.00 for the debt. b. A final payment of $490.00, being $460.00 for rent and $30.00 for the debt. c. Payments will be every other Wednesday, with the first payment on 13 August 2025 and continuing until 01 August 2035.
- Payments will be allocated in the following order: rent then rent arrears.
- If the tenant fails to pay rent and rent arrears within 2 working days of the due dates: a. The tenancy at Unit 2, 3 Ashley Avenue, Raumanga, Whangarei 0110 will terminate, and the landlord will have immediate possession of the premises. b. The balance of the debt will be payable immediately.
- For the avoidance of any doubt s64(4)(b) of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 does not apply to this order.
