- Destiny Brennan and Kiveni Loto'aniu owes Shelter Realty Limited T/A Harcourts New Lynn As Agent For Y J Living (Yichen Wei) Ltd $600.00 (“the debt”) being rent arrears to 1 July 2025.
- Destiny Brennan and Kiveni Loto'aniu must pay rent and the debt as follows: a. By 20 weekly payments of $630.00, being $600.00 for rent and $30.00 for the debt. b. A final payment of $600.00, being $600.00 for rent and $0.00 for the debt. c. Payments will be every Wednesday, with the first payment on 02/07/2025 and continuing until 19/11/2025.
