- The $782.00 is made up of the agreed rent refund of $755.00 and the filing fee that the Tribunal orders the landlord to pay for this application.
- The $782.00 will be paid by weekly payments of $155.00.
- The first payment will be this Thursday, 21 August 2025 and then every Thursday after that until the full amount is paid. There will be 5 payments of $155.00 and a final payment of $7.00.
