The tenant produced a Healthy Homes report prepared by Oncore with an inspection date of 7 July 2025. That report confirms that on the compliance date for this tenancy the landlord has failed to comply with the heating standard, insulation standard, draught stopping standard and moisture ingress and drainage standard. The only standard which is compliant is the ventilation standard.

The tenant paid $205.85 for the report. As Healthy Homes compliance is the responsibility of the landlord the tenant should have needed to obtain a report. The cost of obtaining the report is awarded to the tenant.
