- A costs application for damages was subsequently filed. The Tenant sought an adjournment due to a bereavement and this was granted on 6 October 2025.
- The hearing was scheduled for 4 November 2025 and the Tenant failed to make herself available. Costs were ordered.
- The Tenant applied for a rehearing on the basis that she was told the wrong time for the hearing. The application for rehearing was set down before me today.
- The Tenant again has failed to make herself available for the hearing. The fixture notices are dated 18 th December 2025.
