- The Order noted: “A further 60 minutes should be allowed for the next hearing of this matter, scheduled before me by teleconference on the next available date. At least 5 working days before the next hearing the landlord must provide to the Tribunal and to the tenants by e-mail, evidence showing how the bond has been applied and the basis for it.”
- The landlord appeared today but has filed no evidence for today’s hearing.
