- The tenant failed to make herself available for the hearing. Attempts were made to telephone her, but it would not connect.
- The landlord claims for the rubbish removal and clean up following the end of the tenancy. The tenant had overpaid her rent and that has been taken into consideration together with the refund of the bond.
