Reasons
- The landlord attended the hearing represented by Mr Yu. There was no appearance by the tenants.
- This was a fixed term tenancy commencing on 25 September 2025 and to end on 25 September 2026. The landlord originally applied to terminate the tenancy for rent arrears. However, the tenants have already vacated the tenancy and handed the keys and possession of the property back to the landlord as of 24 January 2026.
- The landlord has applied for rent arrears and has provided rent records which prove the amount owing. Orders are made accordingly.
- Because the landlord has succeeded with the application, they are entitled to reimbursement of the filing fee.
