The tenant must also replace standard light bulbs.
- The tenant did not remove all rubbish. There was a considerable amount of rubbish which included a barbeque, fridge, rubbish in the wheelie bins and a car removal. The Landlord submitted the Housing Support Manager emailed the Tenant who confirmed they were happy for the Landlord to dispose of anything left at the property.
