- The Bond Centre is to pay the full bond of $2,060.00 to Kristina Muollo immediately.
- Sapphire Laren-Waingarangi Rapana Brown to pay Kristina Muollo $7,858.00 immediately, being rent arrears to 24 March 2026, missing chattels and the application filing fee, awarded below, less the bond, awarded to the Landlord at [2] above.

The Tenant confirms all items were in good condition and have been broken and then removed from the premises.
- The Landlord was asked to provide timestamped photos showing the rug at the premises at the commencement of the tenancy. No photos have been received.
