The tenants did not join the hearing as per the instructions in the Notice of Hearing and did not answer phone calls made to their phone numbers, the last three digits being 367 and 107 respectively. As the tenants were served, the hearing proceeded in their absence.
- The landlord has applied for termination of the tenancy, rent arrears and refund of the bond.
