Foini (Sally) Seufale (Taumaia) and James Ulisese Lauesi must pay rent and the debt as follows: a. By 47 weekly payments of $645.00, being $595.00 for rent and $50.00 for the debt. b. A final payment of $640.44, being $595.00 for rent and $45.44 for the debt. c. Payments will be every Wednesday, with the first payment on 22/11/2023 and continuing until 16/10/2024.
Payments will be allocated in the following order: rent, rent arrears, and the filing fee.
