How much is owed for rent?

This was a fixed term tenancy that began on 6 May 2023.The tenant sought to be released from the tenancy and the landlords found a new tenant for the premises prior to the hearing date.
The new tenancy started on 25 January 2024 and rent was sought to 19 January 2024.
The landlord provided rent records which prove the amount owing at the end of the tenancy.
The tenant signed the full bond over to the landlord to cover end of tenancy costs which left a balance of $859.32. This amount was recorded in the rent summary and used to reduce the rent owing.
The rent arrears are awarded as claimed. Guarantor
On 8 April 2023 the guarantor provided a guarantee to the landlord, which undertook that the guarantor would be liable for any breach of the tenant's obligations and performance of all covenants and payments of all monies relating to the within tenancy.
In the tenancy agreement, the further terms and conditions clause 6, the guarantor agreed that they were jointly and severally liable to the landlord for any debt due to the landlord under the agreement and for the performance by the tenant of any terms in the agreement that impose obligations on the tenant. If there shall be any dispute between the landlord and the guarantor, the dispute shall be resolved in the Tenancy Tribunal.
The Tribunal has ordered the tenant to pay $4,032.55 to the landlord for the tenant’s breaches, which are all matters covered by the guarantee.
I am therefore satisfied that the guarantor is liable under the guarantee to pay the landlord the sum ordered. See section 77(2)(ka) Residential Tenancies Act 1986.
Because Glasshouse Property Management Limited as Agent for Hayley Kristin Macdonald has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
