On 5 June 2024 the Tribunal made an order relating to this tenancy terminating the tenancy, awarding rent arrears of $5,041.65, awarding water rates arrears of $978.82, refunding the bond of $2,720.00 to the landlord and reimbursing the filing fee of $20.44. The previous order is incorporated into this order for enforcement purposes. The amount still owing from this order is $3,320.91
The landlord has applied for reimbursement of the water rates, compensation for damages and reimbursement of the filing fee.

The tenant must also replace standard light bulbs.
The tenants did not leave the premises reasonably clean and tidy and did not remove all rubbish.
The landlord had to undertake a full exit clean of the house and removal of rubbish and unwanted personal items left behind.
The landlord has also proven it had to have carpets cleaned to remove stains made during the tenancy.
The tenant did not return the garage remote control.
The amounts ordered are proved. Reimbursement of filing fee
Because Gg Blue Enterprises Limited T/A Propertyscouts Manukau As Agent For Ed Atienza & Mai Acosta has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
