This matter was previously heard, and a payment order was made by the adjudicator on Wednesday 26 February 2025. The applicant tells me that the debt that order pertains to is reflected in the rent summary I have reviewed today. They also assure me that all payments made after the order of Wednesday 26 February are reflected in the rent summary. To avoid any confusion, I have superseded that order so that both parties can have clarity about exactly how much is owing and their respective obligations. I have notified the applicant that if they have referred the order of Wednesday 26 February 2025 to any debt collection agency that they should immediately notify the agency that the order is null and void.
The landlord provided rent records which prove the amount owing to Monday 16 June 2025. I am satisfied these records are correct. I have applied a further week of rent to the total to reflect the termination date of Monday 23 June 2025.
