Order
- Uluvalu Taulia and Atamu Fetaiai Seiloga are to immediately pay $595.58 to 360 Property Management Limited As Agent For Goscomb Haddow & Christine Goscomb, as calculated in the table below.
Reasons
- Both parties attended the hearing which was held by teleconference.
- The landlord makes a claim for payment of outstanding water charges and reimbursement of the filing fee.
- I accept the evidence which shows that as at 9 December 2025 the tenants owed $567.58 in water charges.
- At today’s hearing Mr Seiloga advised that they had paid $227.00 this morning towards those charges.
- Given that this payment has not yet appeared in the landlord’s bank account I am ordering the tenants to pay the whole of the $567.58 immediately. Of course once that $227.00 payment is recorded as being received, that amount will be reduced to $340.58.
- I am also ordering the tenants to reimburse the filing fee to the landlord because the landlord was wholly successful with this claim against them. C ter Haar 15 January 2026
