- The landlord had applied for termination of the tenancy, however the tenancy ended by agreement on 5 February 2026. The landlord has applied for rent arrears and has provided rent records which prove the amount owing at the end of the tenancy.
- Because the landlord has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
- On my enquiry, the landlord did not seek name suppression.
