On 16 March 2026, the landlord gave 90-days’ notice to terminate the tenancy on 15 June 2026.
The landlord filed this application on 4 April 2026. The application sought termination of the tenancy, rent arrears, water rates arrears, and exemplary damages (methamphetamine).
