The landlord has applied for rent arrears, compensation, payment of the bond, and reimbursement of the filing fee following the end of the tenancy. Rent
The tenancy ended on 30 June 2023. It was a fixed term tenancy to 6 August 2023, but the tenants wanted to be released from the tenancy early. The landlord agreed, subject to the tenants paying the costs associated with finding new tenants for the premises. The landlord provided rent records to prove the amount of rent owing at the end of the tenancy. Other Claims
