This tenancy began on 1 October 2025 and was terminated by order of the Tribunal in TT 5392121 on 9 December 2025. The Tribunal granted possession to the landlord on 12 December 2025.

The tenant did not return the keys and the landlord had to engage a locksmith to change both the front and door locks. The landlord produced an invoice in the amount of $418.60 for changing the locks.

The tenant did not leave the premises reasonably clean and tidy, and did not remove all rubbish. Filing fee and name suppression
Because the landlord has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
