The tenant must also replace standard light bulbs.
The tenant did not leave the premises reasonably clean and tidy and did not remove all rubbish.
The landlord provided photographic evidence that proves the house was left in a dirty state that required a full commercial house clean, including the oven. In addition, a lot of old furnishings a rubbish was left by the tenants that needed to be removed from the premises before the premises could be relet.
The amounts ordered are proved. Reimbursement of filing fee
Because Ihome Property Management Limited As Agent For Yi Yin & Haijiao Zhu has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
