Chorus internet box missing. Wallpaper badly torn. The actual cost of repairs exceeds the amount of the excess. b. Toilet and bedroom 1: Toilet – hole in door and hole in wall behind door. Bedroom 1 – stains on carpet and holes in door. The actual cost of repairs exceeds the amount of the excess. c. Bedroom 2: Stains on carpet, damage to walls, holes in door. The actual cost of repairs exceeds the amount of the excess. d. Bedroom 3: Stain on carpet, holes in door, holes in walls. The actual cost of repairs exceeds the amount of the excess. e. Bedroom 4: Torn / damaged wallpaper, wall partially painted, holes in sliding door. The actual cost of repairs exceeds the amount of the excess. f. Hallway: Torn / damaged wallpaper, holes in walls. The actual cost of repairs exceeds the amount of the excess. g. Garage: Lock missing on roller door, graffiti on wall, damage to side entrance door.
